• The best fireplace we have to that will fit a 31" x 15" x 6-1/2" cutout is the Greystone 32" Electric Fireplace item # 324-000076 you were looking at. The fireplaces overall dimensions are 33-7/8" wide x 16-3/4" tall 5-3/4" deep. It has a adjustable thermostat that gives you a temperature range of 62 F to 82 F. • Hi Debbie, The Greystone F2814A unfortunately isn't available. The closest option we carry would be the Greystone 26" Electric Fireplace with Crystals # 324-000069 or # Greystone RV Curved Electric Fireplace with Logs - 26" Wide # GR54FR. Both would be a bit smaller and require that you do a bit of framing to install the new unit. You'd also need to fill the gap leftover with some trim pieces for a clean look.

• Hey Ed, see if maybe there is still a piece of plastic between the battery and the remote which would cause it to not have power. That's typically the problem. Sometimes unplugging and replugging back in the fireplace can clear out weird bugs like this as well so you should try that as well. Otherwise that part isn't replaceable.

• Your Greystone fireplace can be worked on, however finding replacement parts is going to be difficult since this unit has been discontinued for a few years now. Before you go trying to replace it or get it serviced, I'd recommend checking the power supply to the fireplace. Since you mentioned the unit has no power, I'd check to see if it's actually receiving power. If it is, then you have a problem with the unit - but if it's not, then at least you can check your wiring to the unit first...

You can try reaching out to Innoflame and seeing if they'll give you parts otherwise it's going to have to be fully replaced. The cutout dimensions I'm seeing for your RV48D80L-1 unit are 41.5” W x 6.2” D x 18.3” H so we don't currently have an replacement option available without making modifications to the cutout hole.

• Hey Lynn, so if unplugging and replugging the Furrion Fireplace part # F30SW15ABL doesnt fit it then the circuit board is fried and you'd need to replace the entire thing. I wish it was less than a year as this does have a 1 year warranty.
